For club racing, you don't really need to do anything to this car to compete in stock. For a new racer, get your car, drive it on the track until you can keep from crashing for an entire race and can feel where you are slow because of the car. Then tune. Don't feel like money needs to be spent on anything right out of the box other than practice fees and tires.
