Like the ^^^ post said Petitrc.com. However, they have lots of setups for modified, but very few for stock and they don't seem to be very consistent. Start with the kit setup, add the flat arms (I picked up more steering using the flat fronts), and go from there. My local track has lots of great people willing to offer advice if asked. Hopefully, yours is just as friendly.
Also, at Petitrc.com under Technical Review > Off-Road > "Process to set up a car" is a great tuning cheat sheet that I've printed and keep in my tool box.
