As I keep running it, it keeps getting better. You might want to try the 12.5mm RPM rotor. At least, in my 21.5 KS (RPM stator too), the RPM rotor gave me more power, RPM, and surprisingly (at least to me) more torque too.

Where do you race? My track has about the same length straight.
Is the 12.5mm RPM rotor the TEP1110 rotor? I'm thinking of ordering a 12.5mm rotor for my 21.5 ks r and am trying to decide which rotor to get.
