Do you have any temp readings with this setting?
I played with timing a bit and did not notice much more speed with timing up that high with the settings I run on the ESC. All I found was the motor got much hotter.
I am running timing on the second + notch. I noticed a few others at my track running 20mm fans blowing over the ESC so I also followed suit. It works out quite neat as you can plug the fan into the program card port on the ESC. This will also help with temps.
These settings are what seem to work for me
But every car/driver/track is different.
