So i figured it out. Much to my surprise the person before me some parts wrong. The OWB was installed wrong and the wires for the ez start were backwards so the OWB would operate but the motor wont run right spinning the opposite direction. So once i figured out they was wrong i switched em and the car runs perfect and i bet the 2.5 i took out runs fine as well.
