I Never go to the manufacturer for small parts like that especially if there just general fasteners. Go to any hobby shop and go to section where they have all the small nuts and screws that are made for any brand of car. Usually they are called Du-bro fasteners.
If they don't have the part your looking for the next best thing is Ebay. I have always been able to find what I need and shipping is always cheaper than the manufacturer as they usually charge 8-10 bucks to ship a 3 dollar part whereas Ebay merchants usually ship for a couple bucks
