Put the springs on as per the manual, then mount that plastic piece which now has the springs on onto your servo.
You can now put the outer section of the servo saver on by pushing and twisting (the servo needs to be at the end of it's travel in one direction so that it's held still), once the saver is almost on on that side, twist the servo around (while still pushing on the out part) so that the servo goes to the end of it's travel in the other direction, this should now push the springs apart so the outer section can push fully home.
