That bearing should be good for at least 75lbs dynamic load though. A steel thrust bearing like the slapmaster should be able to handle 130lbs dynamic load.

In other words, it should be fine. I have a slapmaster and a home made one and they both feel the same and both have not failed and come apart. There is more than the thrust bearing in the kit. The spacer is an intrical part too.
