It seems like lots of people prefer 12mm hexes so that could be one. I personally would like an all carbon chassis with multiple battery options such as side by side saddles or a sideways shorty. It may sound really goofy but I'd like to see a belt drive or even a chain drive as well. I did belt/chain/gearing design for a few years for a large oil company and I don't think we are giving each option it's fair shot. They all have advantages and disadvantages.
