After reading your comments I went back and tried the AE composite caps again. I don't like the thread feel as they tighten up, but I did go ahead and put them on. For anyone else wanting to try this, here is the parts list needed:
AE 91445 shock bushing, composite one bag has 4 bushings
AE 556146 shock caps (4)
Four 3mm x 22mm screws
Four 3mm nuts
Four 3mm lock nuts
