Well.. depending on rotor strength, timing, and track size....
Typically:
12.5 3 line rotor, 30/35* endbell timing, around a 3.8 or 3.9 FDR on a 88 x 40 track
12.5 4 line rotor, 40*/40*+ endbell timing, around a 4.04 FDR on a 88 x 40 track
On larger tracks (100 x 50), drop timing 5* or so and drop FDR (4.04 to 3.90)
On smaller tracks (60 x 30), keep timing up and raise FDR (4.04 to 4.1+)
Target temps 150's and watch fade. Only should have .2 fade max.
