The tires are the largest, and heaviest rotating object in the drivetrain. Their change in angular momentum is what pitches the car up and down. The motor rotation would slightly affect this pitch, but is negligible compared to the tires/wheels.
Totally necessarily. When I ran the Dex, you can swap the gearbox back and forth to either have the motor run forward, or backwards. On-throttle, one way torques the chassis towards the rear of the car putting more pressure on the rear tires (on power push), while rotating the motor the other way torques the chassis towards the front tires (on power steering). So not even talking about changing pitch in the air... on the ground, the car drove completely different.
