Update on the bricked ESC situation...

Sent in my RMA request for my bricked ESC on August 5, got the RMA number on Aug 7, ESC arrived at Hobbywing on Aug 11 (shipped over weekend), the processed the RMA today Aug 14 and are supposed to ship in the next few days. So the RMA process for bricked ESCs takes around 2 weeks.

Below is the email response from Hobbywing:

Our RMA department has inspected the ESC on multiple levels. We found that there was a problem with a ROM that the entire unit needed to be replaced.

The ESC was determined to be a defective that we will issue a brand-new replacement with no extra charge. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
