harbor freight got a super cheap drill bit set that will cover any size you could ever wish for

only good for soft materials, like plastic, wood, etc...
they got one thats 15$ more that has served me well for several years, of drilling aluminum, steel, iron etc....but some of them have been poorly sharpened...still fine for plastic and light metal duty
they now offer a cobalt version, for 100 bucks which should be superior

as for the bleeder hole...i also just used the included screw to punch through, and then cleaned it up with a pen knife
