No, I just bought the GTP2e Chassis... most of the parts were given to me from a previous GTP2e owner who crashed his car into a bunch of pieces while driving his car 100+ mph into a curb
I think the carbon chassis has lots of flex to significantly improve traction, in fact I don't even use the front chassis stiffener on my setup.
There is an eBay seller (DollarHobbyz) who has chopped up a bunch of LX2e's so you can get most of the remaining parts dirt cheap.... but if you're just bashing, and performance isn't important, then you might as well buy the LX2 chassis.
I'm also willing to unload my DM1e box of parts for $60 shipped, if you're looking for a fun basher project. It will need bumpers and a radio box cover, but everything else is there ( minus the electronics) to get it running again. Note that it will have the GTP2e rear arms on in since I swapped those out between cars.
