Weight Balance Question
Hi - I've finished my build of the 8ight e 3.0, but wanted to check the weight balance before taking my first run. With a 4S pack on the left side, I expected it to be heavier on that side and require a little bit of weight on the right side to compensate.
I was quite surprised to find that not only is the right side heavier - it's heavier by a fair margin (particularly in the front). You can see in the attached image the weights are:
FR - 839g
FL - 465g
RR - 893g
RL - 1009g
So the car is about 60/40 rear/front weight ratio, but about 65/35 R/L at the front. This seems really out to me and I'm concerned on the first jump the buggy will tilt to the right pretty hard.
Just wondering if others have seen this (I can't image my setup looks much different or that my motor is 2x the weight of anyone else).
I don't even own enough weight to make up that much imbalance.
