An MIP Tweak Station does what it's name implies, adjusts the tweak. It has absolutely no effect on the balance left to right or front to back. Weight has to be added, removed, or moved to change the balance. A standard TC4 is about .5 ounces heavy left with a mod motor and about 1 ounce heavy left with a stock motor. By using larger gears (but still the same ratio) you will move the motor slightly further to the right, helping balance the car.
