Maybe it's because we race in very dusty conditions.
One of our best national drivers are racing both the nitro and E 3.0, and he have the same "problem", that the balls wears real quick.
I guess they are aluminium, and as soon as the darker coating wear off, the "bare" aluminium wears down quickly.
