My basic understanding from reading up (and some limited testing) is that the steeper the shock (rear higher) the more aggressive the steering, raising the front instead smooth's the steering out and reduces it.

In regards to this is there an explanation to having the shock with the piston at the top pointed towards the rear of car vs. pointed towards the front of car leaning downward?
