Hey Guys,

With all the motors that have gone out, I just wanted to give some info about the numbers and settings.

On the header card you'll see a list of numbers:

21.8/.9r 12.50mm 1400/1408g

stator resistance, rotor diameter, rotor strength (N&S)

Numbers will vary from machine to machine.

Timing wise (starting points):

SC = 15*
Buggy = 25*
TC = 30*
1/12 = 20/25*

Rotors :

SC = 12.50mm 1550+
Buggy = 12.30 or 12.50mm 1350-1450g range
TC = 12.50mm 1400-1600g
1/12 = 12.30 or 12.50mm 1350-1450

These rotors and timing settings are baseline starting points.

I'm sure there are some instances where you may need a bit stronger rotor or a change in timing, but these setting should get you close
