yes I did but I made a slight mistake of making them for 3mm screws instead of the original 4/40 screws. (was easier as the angle of the countersunk was easier to mill that way). I am using the old crc bulkheads for my rc10l2 and retapping the 4/40 thread to 3mm didn't go well as the CRC bulkheads are so hard the new threads broke off when retapping.
Retapping the IRS bulkheads is no problem though.
