You might also want to consider shortening your break in time, the F-brush is fairly soft and should easily be fully broken in by the 300 second mark. I've been breaking mine in at 2 volts for 300 seconds and they seem to be fine, any more than that and you may just be wearing the serrations out. If you have any more questions let us know!!!
