it might be gearing issues for track size. i run schuurspeed 17.5s in b4.2 and b5m. i was at about 135 in b5m and 125 in b4.2 but the b5m had 1 tooth less since that is all i had. 31/72 in b4,2 and 30/72 in b5m. it was a small indoor high bite track. i usually run 32/72 with 40 degrees timing at my home track,i will run the both there tonight and see what the temps are.
If I try to run 40 deg of timing on ANY track I will get into the 170's.
@Rigor what kind of track? Maybe the wrong rear tires? And the right tires for the serpent, might not be the right tires for the B5M. Any other B5Ms having the same issues locally?
