Hi can someone tell me if the brass chassis weights effect the handling of the car. or are they just to bring the car up to weight. Some other brands have a sliding weight they claim by moving it back gives more steering. does our weights have the same effect. Adding weight towards the rear of the car will improve rotation, moving it forward makes it more stable.
For example the heavy motormounts and the U-shaped brass weights increase steering.
The heavy battery plate makes the car a bit more stable and it also stiffens the chassis.
The heavy front bumper makes the car more stable.
