Yup, as peter says, I use Thunderpower motors and batterys but 8.3 is a great ratio for almost any 4.5t.
I saw somewhere that you switched to HW, but I didn't know it was only for the speedo. 8.4 is what I'm using at the moment, but I think I need to gear up a little.
