Kit/Box setup with Hpi Silvers should be super easy to drive
Oils, shims, CG, RC, WB, everything

50% reb is too firm
20% is what you are looking for

The BD7 is very sensitive to changes
It's possible you have something tuned too aggressive in your setup
And that body isn't doing you any favours, get a LW Speed 6, or LTCR if you need more rotation

I always go back to kit setup if something doesn't feel right, it's lazy, but works great on asphault
