The track I race at has an extremely tight hairpin coming off the largest straight. I've taken all the drag brake off the esc ( as this heats the motor up ), and have the initial brake set at 100%. The class we run is 10.5 turn in blink mode. Does the newer version of the pro have a better braking system. Or is this a inherent problem with the speed passion esc. If I can't get this sorted looks like I'll have to try another brand of esc.

Thanks for your help in advance.
I know this may seem weird, but set your "reverse force" to 100% (that's if the speed control has that setting). Even if you're using forwards with brake setting the "reverse force" does have an impact on brakes when the esc is in blinky mode.

Cheers
Rob.
