Is this with steel dog bones?
Some steel bones I got recently were badly machined and suffered from this problem. What you need to do is take a modelling knife and just run it round round the inside edge of the the dog bone joint to create a small chamfer. The bit where it makes contact with the axle at full lock. (Hope this makes sense.)
This problem was bad enough on my car to bend a dogbone before I realised what was going on.
