We make our own for one of the local indoor tracks that we used to primarily race at. We thought it would only be good there, went to the regionals, and it was the only sauce working at a different track. Now with our outdoor track picking up, we are using it again once the track warms up, but using just basic good ole wd-40 and black compound JC tires went it is cold and damp.
The point behind this post, is that anything can work anywhere, first you have to have the right tire. All any additive really does is soften the rubber to help the tire get up to temp quicker.
