The pinion goes in the normal direction and it centers with the spur, and the set screw aligns with the chassis slot.
Ok, my Team Powers 17.5 is the same way. I forgot that I added shims to move the motor slightly back to allow the pinion to fit. Out of my other Powers motors, only the 17.5 has this issue.
