Steve was talking about total castor angle of the king pin not the reactive castor setting. Slapmaster makes a gauge and some guys also use a camber gauge to get it close.
with any car you should check the left to right angle and make sure they are even, I've seen many cars of all brands have the same shims on both sides and come to find out the left has 3 degrees and the right 7. You can tweak your car all you want, if its like that youll be spinning out in one direction and pushing or ok in the other.
