Slightly. My battery wires sit a bit higher than the capacitor so they hit, but press into the capacitor. I'm not too worries about it. It's an odd spot to land on if I flip.

Why not mount it on the chassis, directly below where you have it?
My RS wouldn't fit with my shorty pack setup. I decided to put the receiver under there instead.
