Hope your vendors are better than the ones I deal with. Rarely do I encounter an initial production run sample that is anywhere near ready for mass consumption.

It's not the vendor's fault. The screw up was internal within HPI.
As for tracks near Taichung, the one where we raced the FEMCA championship was not bad. At least for the big race they maintained it well. I don't know what condition it's in now. They don't tend to groom their tracks regularly like American tracks.
