Well, I have gathered a stock of Tamiya and Square ti and alu screws from running TRF cars for 10 years now (418 is my 10th).

I guess easiest to get would be Tamiya screws (although not cheap they are good quality):

53534 3x8mm Countersunk Hex Head Screw - 5pcs Titanium

Or wait for Square to release a ti and alu screw set which I guess they would once the car is released in Japan.
