For carpet...

At front, I use 1/12th scale king pins and 0.50 mm front springs. King pin length is .404" (to bottom of keeper slot). Only go to 0.55 mm springs for really high traction conditions.
Always using the reverse servo placement for both carpet and asphalt. I keep the long upper arms on for most track conditions; but, they are really only needed for high bite conditions.

At middle, the shock has 30 wt. oil (always) and center spring is red (to start).

At rear, red side springs and 10,000-20,000 lube in tubes.

Ride heights are usually 4.5 everywhere.

Kind of keeping it basic because I posted my whole setup about a year ago. Should be found on the CRC WGT thread.

Is there a CRC team driver in your neck of the woods? If not, contact Dumper (Brian Wynn) at TeamCRC on a weekday for any fine tuning issues. That's what Dumper's Speed Shop is all about!
