On the tight, technical layouts we might run a 4.0. On the more open fast layouts, most don't go any lower than 3.7.
Very comparable to my experience. Steepest I've run is 4.0. I've run as tall as 3.3 or so, but that was for really open layouts. I've seen been fluctuating in the 3.7-4.0 range for all tracks (with max timing).
