I dont know who designed it but ultimately it looks more like a refinement than an improvement..Most of the Tc3 mods are incorporated in the design. The suspension mounting si different but better?? Im not sold on that yet.Different doewnt mean better and Ive heard noth but negative things so far. Ill Stay with my TC3 FT b4 ill ever go to a TC4
