Built the TB04 gear diff tonight. Not bad. Need to upgrade the internals though.
TAMIYA TB04 hop up gear diff parts:
54540 metal gears (I don't see it for sale yet)
54533 metal cross pins (available now)
Built and installed. Just not installed in a TB04 though, haha.
