I guess I will play and see what happens. I am an old off-road buggy racer and the way that you checked in a buggy was to hold the spur and the motor side wheel and see how easily you could turn the other wheel forward. the proper adjust was when you could just barely slip the diff without chewing up the hand the held the spur.
I was just wondering if there was a similar trick for touring car.
