Batteries just need to be ROAR legal for USVTA. That is the only limitation. I think the Tamiya Mini Cooper body is for the M02,M03 chassis and I don't think it would fit a standard 4wd car. If it does it will not help the cars handling so I wouldn't recommend it. You could run it under USGT rules though. You can also run a USVTA body as well. They are 200mm wide so the wheels will be tucked in a bit or you can run some larger hexs or different offset wheels if you wanted. I myself would stick with the 0mm offset and standard wheel hex's because the car tends to work better this way and just have a bit more wheel tuck inside the body.
