Yes, but if running F103 tyres it will lower the rear end of the car. The ride height spacers used in their lower settings will lift it up to F103 settings.

It lets the rear end roll easier, and doesn't have the natural springing that the o-ring setup has to return it to centre. The ball pivots give you more rear grip and makes it feel lazy on the track. With the standard front end the ball pivot rear end is really too soft, unless you are running in very low grip conditions you will get a better chassis balance with the o-ring rear end.
3) For the friction pads, what's the difference when using soft to hard grease.
Thicker grease gives you more overall steering, slows chassis reaction into corners but can reduce steering in fast sweepers as it stabilises the chassis. Thinner grease gives you less steering but faster chassis reaction into corners and through chicanes.
