just picked up a DEX210 and swapped the stock chassis for the DIMEC +8, is there anything else that is a must change or add for this kit to start off with, also wanted to know some suggestions on tire choices for outdoor dirt track. The track layout was changed a week ago so the dirt is still fresh.

Good choice! I would make sure the car has an alloy or carbon steering link:

Only other must have "spares" would be a rear tower, gear cover, and pick up a hub / carrier set... I have yet to actually break anything but a rear tower and just recently a front spindle (my fault) in 2 years..
Outdoor offroad tires, always ask your local fast guys.. But you cant go wrong with a set of Proline M3 holeshots and 4 ribs.. Also, before you invest in tires / wheels. ask yourself if you want to use B4 or Durango rear wheel 12mm or 14mm hex??
