I can tell you that for me the stock way they come is too soft. I used 1 hole front and 2 hole rear with 50wt and it is much better. Also try to start with the 4.6kg springs in the front and 3.8kg in the rear.
I think this will be better. You may want to lower the front upper pins 1 spot also.
