I've just cross referenced the 416x manual against the Evo 5 MS manual, of the parts you listed the steering levers (#19804375) are a direct fit, but the steering bridge (#13454512) isn't as the ball stud is vertical (as opposed to horizontal like the MS) which means it would interfere with the shaft, nor is the centre mount.
The bulkheads won't fit either based on the pictures in the manual.
Looks like you'll need most of the steering mechanism and all of the drivetrain / bulkhead set up. Re the bulkheads i'm looking at how close the TB03 A-Parts (carbon re-enforced) are to the alloy bulkheads are in terms of mounting points, if these can be used it would be a hell of a lot cheaper and make them a lot more available, i'll let you know how it goes.
