I would also check to make sure the servo is not moving on the mounts when you have an impact. If the servo saver is tight, it possible the servo could shift on the mounts and throw off your trim even if the servo is centering to the same spot as before. If the trim issue remains constant after the crash (pulling the same amount to one direction until the next crash), I would make sure nothing is physically moving before you start replacing servos and other items.
