As an expert on everything Jim Clark and Lotus, his helmet was actually dark blue with a white peak visor, in case you wanted to know. I think the visor could be made of scrap lexan and painted white and attached to the helmet with servo tape.
So, what front suspension are you using? Is it an F104 chassis? Where did you get the drivers head from? And where did you find the decals?
No matter what, that is amazing!! And the HPI VTA wheels and tires really make the car!! This is the way the VF1 cars should look!! Thank you so much for posting these pictures; please post some of the chassis as well as a pictorial of how you built all of this!
