There is no point buying the Sakura FF diff as it is basically the same as the 3Racing M06 (M05) diff but in a case that won't fit the Tamiya Mini.

The 3Racing diff works fine in a Mini as long as you run it in A LOT. The standard seals are badly sized and need a lot of breaking in. Locally we've found that a well sorted gear diff is always faster than a ball diff by a couple of tenths a lap.
