Default alloy rear hub Qs

I just purchased the alloy rear hubs and also the inboard mounts.

I have a few questions:

1) It looks like you can have inboard toe and outboard toe. What is the difference?

2) With the alloy rear mounts, it looks like you set wheel base by positioning the the plastic insert and using the set screw. Problem is, its impossible to find the exact same position each time. Maybe its something I am doing wrong. I am unclear to how this adjustment is suppose to work.

3) Is the point about adding a spacer under the ball joint on the top a way of tuning roll center? Adding more spacers lowers roll center? Is that right?

The paper instruction that comes with the rear hub is unclear.

4) One last question, which belt tensioner can I remove to loosen up the belt? I will be running Stock and 19T if it matters

Some help will be greatly appreciated
