Well all carbon fiber chassis are laminates. Are you asking if the chassis is carbon fiber laminate over another material? I looked at Spec R's web site and they say "carbon graphite"...??? Carbon fiber and graphite are both made of carbon, but I have no clue as to the what Spec R used, or if it's carbon fiber laminated over graphite? If you Google carbon graphite chassis you see chassis that look like all the others. And when i think a true graphite chassis I think of a XXX-S.
