There are technically two driver figures included so you can share. One doesn't have a steering wheel but a computer instead. You could have a computer driven car! A KITT car!
I like the look of the figure too and mounting it in this manor lets you adjust his profile and position in the car with greater flexibility. Additionally, you are free to change bodies with minimal effort.
